General Booking Conditions
Booking conditions:
A flexible reservation will be guaranteed by a debit card number with expiry date valid on the date of the stay on which a pre-authorisation will be made (American Express, ATM cards, virtual bank cards for one-time use or not funded cannot constitute a guarantee).
Prepayment of the stay will be required for bookings with conditions: Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable.
Reservations will be confirmed in writing and will be deemed to have been accepted by the customer at the end of the process.
In the event of a contradiction between the booking confirmation and the general terms and conditions, the provisions on the booking form will be the only ones applicable to the obligation in question.
In accordance with article L. 121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, the customer is hereby informed that he/she does not have the right of withdrawal as set out in article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, if the services are provided on a specific date or at a specific time.
The customer chooses the services offered by Baya Hôtel and acknowledges that he/she is aware of the nature, destination, confirmation procedures and services available, and that he/she has requested and obtained the information required to make a reservation with full knowledge of the facts.
The customer is solely responsible for his or her choice of services and their suitability for his or her needs, so that Baya Hôtel shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from the choice of services.
Modifications and cancellations :
All year round (Except July/August) for reservations with flexible conditions:
Modification or cancellation free of charge up to 2 days before the date of arrival.
Modification or cancellation less than 2 days before the date of arrival: the amount of the 1st night will be charged and non-refundable.
Modification or cancellation on the day of arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of the amount of the stay booked will be charged and non-refundable.
In July and August for reservations with flexible conditions:
Modification or cancellation free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival.
Modification or cancellation less than 5 days before the date of arrival: the amount of the 1st night will be charged and non-refundable.
Modification or cancellation on the day of arrival or in the event of no-show: 100% of the amount of the stay booked will be charged and non-refundable.
All year round for reservations with non-cancellable, non-refundable conditions:
In the event of cancellation or no-show of a Non-Cancellable, Non-Refundable booking, the full amount of the stay booked will be due.
During the stay:
In the event of modification or interruption during the stay, the total amount of the stay booked will remain due.
Failure to comply with these conditions will incur amendment or cancellation penalties, which will be debited from the credit card provided as a guarantee or deducted from the deposit.
Hotel stay :
Flexible bookings must be paid for on arrival at the hotel at the latest.
Additional consumption may be added to the bill and paid at the end of the stay for customers who have left a valid debit card as a guarantee.
In the event of non-payment by the customer of all or part of the services consumed or ordered, the Baya Hôtel will deduct the sums due from the debit card provided as a guarantee.
We accept payment on site in cash, dedit card, American Express and ANCV holiday vouchers.
The room will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
In the event of late check-out, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional night.
Any request to extend your stay will be subject to availability at the Baya Hôtel.
In the event that the establishment is not available or in the event of force majeure, Baya Hôtel reserves the right to arrange for customers to be accommodated in whole or in part in a nearby hotel of an equivalent category for services of the same nature, and to provide transport to this hotel if necessary.
As the costs of accommodation and taxi transfers are borne by Baya Hôtel, no other compensation may be claimed.
